At James & Elly, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. This document provides all information regarding our shipping and delivery policy.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Delivery Time
The average delivery time is between 7 and 14 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods, holidays, or due to customs inspections and procedures.

Shipping Method and Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the total weight of your order, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method.

Responsibility for Shipping
Once tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
Please verify that your shipping address is entered correctly. Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
