Return policy
At James & Elly, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product. This document clearly outlines our return policy.
Conditions for Returns
You may request a return only after you have physically received the item.
All return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.
Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return some of them is not allowed.
Sale items cannot be returned.
Return Process
Submit your return request via email to info@james-elly.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
You will receive the return address from our supplier once your request has been approved.
Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs fees or shipping charges.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected at the return address, and its condition is approved, a refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
Liability
We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect address was provided, the responsibility lies with the customer.
Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
